The Office of Business & Financial Affairs exists to provide a variety of
business and support services for SNU employees, students and constituents. The
Vice President for Business & Financial Affairs serves as the chief
financial officer for the University. This office also exists to provide overall
supervision and coordination for various support areas.

Business
Office
The Business Office exists for the purpose of
facilitating the mission of the University through the provision of student
accounting services and cashier functions. This office oversees the budgetary
process for the University.
Accounts Payable
The Accounts Payable Office provides for
the processing of purchase orders and invoice payments.
Payroll
The Payroll Office provides for the processing of
the University's employee payroll.
Administrative
Computing
A division of Information Technology, the
Administrative Computing Department oversees the University's information
systems and administrative computing services.
Human Resources
The Office of Human Resources provides information regarding job openings and benefits.
Physical
Plant Operation
The SNU Physical Plant provides for general
campus repair, maintenance, lawn and building improvements, as well as all
custodial services for the entire University.
Security Services
The Office of Security Services
provides 24-hr. per day security services for the University and offices through
a central dispatch center.
University Book
Store
The SNU University Book Store provides for the purchase of
student text books and other miscellaneous items.
Food Service
This department is operated by Sodexo Food
Service and provides student and employee food service on campus.
Mail Service
This department provides for the
distribution of faculty, staff and student mail services campus-wide.
Telephone Department
The Telephone Department provides
for telephone services to all campus offices as well as the residence
halls.
