Southern Nazarene University (SNU) will celebrate the 31st annual Naz Nite (abbreviated for Nazarene Night) at Six Flags Over Texas on Friday, September 4, 2009, 6:00 p.m. until midnight. Enjoy continuous entertainment all evening in the Southern Palace, featuring SNU’s own Leaving 99!
"For our Office of Admissions, Naz Nite is a great way to transition from the recruitment of the Fall 2009 class to focusing on the younger prospective students from across our region," said Michael Redwine, Vice President for Enrollment Management at Southern Nazarene University. "Naz Nite is easily our largest gathering of Nazarene prospective students, families, and friends. It provides a wonderful opportunity for us to connect with the individuals across the South Central region."
Naz Nite was established for the purpose of bringing together Nazarenes from the South Central Nazarene region for fun and fellowship, and to feature the importance and value of Christian higher education at Southern Nazarene University.
“This annual event is a fun way to start the school year and allows new SNU freshmen another opportunity for involvement and a chance of getting acquainted with the upper classmen,” said Ryan Martin, SNU Senior student.
