Carole Napolitano to speak at PLN seminar
The Leadership Odyssey: Developing Organizational Effectiveness
Carole Napolitano will speak at Southern Nazarene University for this year’s second Peer Learning Network session Thursday, November 7, 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The session is located in the Royce Brown Business Building, NW 39th Expressway and Peniel on the campus of Southern Nazarene University. A continental breakfast will be served at 7:45 a.m.
Carole Napolitano is president and founder of Synergies, an executive coaching firm. Her interactive presentation style helps businesses identify the best of what is and thereby spark the collective imagination of what could be.
Napolitano will focus her PLN session on cultures created and inherited by executives and how the process of Appreciative Inquiry can assist leaders in capturing the best of a business while fostering a culture of positive growth. Napolitano is co-author of The Leadership Odyssey: A Self Development Guide to New Skills for New Times and has served both the private and public sectors, working with FEMA, Hyatt, Department of Defense, Glaxo, World Bank Group and scores of other corporations and organizations.
Napolitano’s presentation is a part of The Peer Learning Network that is comprised of chief executives of 10 local corporations and their management teams. The group meets four times a year to share experiences and innovative ideas with member companies.
