BETHANY, OK – Southern Nazarene University (SNU) will begin another phase of the “Transforming Vision” campaign soon on the north side of the 39th Expressway and Peniel Street intersection, with construction of the SNU Gate.
SNU Foundation Directors Claud and Betty Cypert, and Bill and Robbie Campbell, have generously funded this project, which will exceed, with all landscaping, lighting and signage, a quarter of a million dollars. “We are very grateful to these loyal alumni and friends of the university for their support in this effort” said Dr. Loren Gresham, President of Southern Nazarene University.
Landmark Construction and Stipes Concrete Construction will be preparing the area.
Completion for the gate is set to be in late August 2006. Dedication of the entry will occur at the Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees in November.
