PLN Presents J.D. Power – guest speaker at SNU on February 8, 2007

Southern Nazarene University hosts the third Peer learning Network (PLN) seminar of the school year with J.D. Power on Thursday, February 8, 2006 at SNU’s Royce Brown Business Building, N.W. 39th Expressway and Peniel. Event time is 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Power serves as Executive Vice President of J.D. Power and is also responsible for International Operations. Prior to joining the company he worked in advertising and marketing. He is the coauthor of Satisfaction: How Every Great Company Listens to the Voice of the Customer, the definitive book on how to boost profits by increasing customer satisfaction.

For nearly four decades, J.D. Power and Associates has been measuring consumer satisfaction, promoting attention to what customers really want as the key to business success, and helping businesses integrate customer information and feedback into effective business strategies. J.D. Power IV carries on this commitment to the customer.

Mr. Power will share with the Peer Learning Network audience the keys to mining customer satisfaction data to develop strategies and practices to improve customer relations and increase profits.

The workshop is part of the Peer Learning Network, a program facilitated by Southern Nazarene University, Peer Learning Network partners, comprised of chief executives of local corporations and their management teams that pool their resources to bring world-class presenters to the leaders of Oklahoma’s premiere companies, four times a year.
