BETHANY, OK – The third Peer Learning Network (PLN) seminar for the 2005-2006 year features the teaching of Joseph Grenny. This PLN session begins with a continental breakfast at 7:45 a.m., the program beginning at 8:00 a.m. and adjourning at 11:30 a.m. The PLN session will be held Thursday, February 2 on the campus of Southern Nazarene University in the Royce Brown Business Building.

Joseph Grenny first gained notoriety as the coauthor of the New York Times Bestseller Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High. As a gifted trainer and executive advisor, he has guided major corporations through major change initiatives, including the Lockheed Martin $200 billion Joint Strike Fighter program.

Joseph was formerly an executive with Covey Leadership Center and is now President of VitalSmarts, a world leader in leadership training and organizational performance. VitalSmarts provides services and products to 300 of the Fortune 500, focusing on systematic and lasting change.

Grenny’s newest release is Crucial Confrontations: Tools for Resolving Broken Promises, Violated Expectations, and Bad Behavior.
