Rick Tate Featured Speaker at SNU's Peer Learning Network Workshop
Rick Tate will speak at Southern Nazarene University for the third Peer Learning Network session this year, 8:00 am to 11:30 am, February 7 in the Royce Brown Business Building, NW 39th Expressway and Peniel. A continental breakfast will be served at 7:45 am.
Tate, an internationally recognized expert on service quality, leadership development and organizational excellence, will present The Leader as Advocate. For more than 15 years, Tate has been consulting, speaking, training, writing and developing state-of-the-art concepts that challenge people’s mind-sets and develop new ways of thinking. His expertise is backed by more than 12 years of successful line management experience.
Tate has authored many books, including Leadership and the Customer Revolution, Legendary Service and Frontline Service, World Class Customer Service and The Service Monkey.
