Robert Herbold to speak at SNU before PLN audience

This year’s third Peer Learning Network (PLN) seminar features a presentation by Robert Herbold on Thursday, February 3, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Royce Brown Business Building, located off NW 39th Expressway and Peniel on the campus of Southern Nazarene University. A continental breakfast will be served at 7:45 a.m.

Robert Herbold is the head of Herbold Group, LLC, a consulting business focused on strategy and profitability issues, with deep expertise in operations and marketing. Herbold also serves on the Board of Directors of Weyerhaeuser Corporation, Agilent Technologies, First Mutual Bank, and Cintas Corporation.

Author of The Fiefdom Syndrome, Robert Herbold provides leaders with practical ways to tackle turf wars and establish a healthy office culture free of fiefdoms, silos and territories. From his unique experience with Microsoft and Procter & Gamble, Herbold brings his successful, straightforward approach and common-sense brilliance to the Peer Learning Network on a range of topics related to improving operational performance and profitability in a presentation entitled The Fiefdom Syndrome: The Turf Battles that Undermine Careers and Companies and How to Overcome Them.

Herbold’s workshop is a part of The Peer Learning Network, a program facilitated by Southern Nazarene University. Peer Learning Network partners, comprised of chief executives of 10 local corporations and their management teams, pool their resources to bring world-class presenters to the leaders of Oklahoma’s premiere companies, four times a year.
