Rothwell Lecture speaker will be Dr. Michael Lodhal
Dr. Michael Lodhal will present the lecture series entitled "Holiness, Relationally Speaking: A Centennial Celebration of Mildred Bangs Wynkoop". The lectures will take place Feb. 22 - 24 in Cantrell Music Hall on the campus of Southern Nazarene University. The lecture on Tuesday will take place at 11:45 and is entitled "The New Wine of Wynkoop's Relational Reading of Wesley: Refreshing? -- or Bursting the Old Skins?"
Wednesday's lecture will at 11:00 will be titled, "www.theology.com Wynkoop's Debt to Wiley and Williams". The final lecture on Thursday will be at 9:25 and entitled "Wynkoop's Whiteheadian Wesley". The lectures are free and open to the public.
Dr. Lodhal presently serves on the faculty at Point Loma Nazarene University, San Diego, CA as Professor of Theology. He has also served the faculty of Northwest Nazarene College in Nampa, ID and is the author of several books.
