Social Psychology Students to Present Research in On-Campus Poster Session

Due to the ice storm, the poster session will be rescheduled. Additional information will follow.

Students from Social Psychology will be presenting their research projects in a poster session that will be held in the commons Monday during Finals Week.

All faculty, staff, students, family, and friends are encouraged to attend.

Topics will include: Gender Differences in Object and Word Recall, Attitudes towards Marriage and the Family in College Students, Social and Environmental Factors which Affect Career Decisions, Factors Affecting Physical Attraction, the Effectiveness of Anti-Smoking Advertisements, Perceived Pressure to Marry on College Campuses, the Effects of Social Norms on Group Perception and Conformity, the Good Samaritan Effect as Related to Ingroup/Outgroup, and the Effects of the College Semester on Students' Levels of Anxiety and Hope.
