SNU's School for Children - a Child Development Laboratory School - About Us

At the School for Children the student is…

The most important person at the school.

Without them there would be no need for the School for Children.

Not a cold enrollment statistic, but a flesh and bloom human being.

With feelings and emotions like our own.

Not someone to be tolerated so we can do our thing.

They are our thing.

Not dependent on us.

Rather we are dependent on them.

Not an interruption to our work.

But the purpose of it.

We are not doing them a favor by serving them.

They are doing us a favor by allowing us the opportunity to influence them.

The Student…our purpose, our joy, our calling.

The Student…a gift from God that gives our work meaning.

The Student…our way of influencing the world for Christ and His Kingdom.

The Student…every child a learner.
