Boe Parrish, president and co-founder of Corporate Care, Inc grew up in Idabel, OK. While in high school, he came to know Christ at a summer camp at Fall Creek.  He attended Oklahoma Baptist University, eventually completing his degree through Edmond's MetroChurch ministerial preparation program.

In the autumn of 1987, Boe was working at a district sales manager for Sprint Communications in Kansas City when he founded the corporate chaplaincy consultancy called Corporate Care, a ministry avenue he has nurtured through the years while involved in other things.

In 1991 he became the children's pastor at MetroChurch where he served until 2000.  Out of his experiences there, Boe wrote Building a Children's Ministry: What Every Pastor Wishes His Children's Pastor Knew (Tate Publishing & Enterprises, 2006).

In 2000, Boe became a sales manager for Oklahoma Office Systems (now OneSOURCE Document and Print Management), a position he held until 2006.

Boe has described himself as a "country boy who loves small town values, while enjoying the conveniences of the city life."  He and his wife Nancy (whom he met at OBU) have three daughters.
