CLEP

CLEP (College-Level Examination Program) allows students to earn transcript credit by demonstrating they have proficiency in a subject equivalent to the expectations for a college course. See the SNU catalog for further details. You can take CLEP tests at many locations around the country. Take a copy of the Clep Credit sheet from SNU with you if you go to a local college or university to arrange for a CLEP test there. Be sure to have a report of your CLEP scores sent to SNU (SNU's institutional code is 6036). To arrange to take a CLEP test at SNU, call the SNU Testing Center at 405.491.6323. Not all CLEP tests listed will apply to graduation requirements in given majors. In addition, some CLEP tests not listed here apply to coursework in some majors. To find out what applies to you, contact the SNU Admissions Office at 405.491.6324 or 1.800.648.9899.
