Practice Times are Scheduled by Coaches

Develop your riding skills even further by joining one of the competitive horseback riding teams!  Riders can choose between English, Western, or both styles.  The EQ team competes across various colleges in Texas and Oklahoma, with different levels of difficulty to compete in depending on the rider's experience level.

Our English riders compete in Hunter Jumper Equitation on the flat and over fences, and our Western riders compete in patterned Horsemanship and Reining.

Southern Nazarene University's Equestrian Center is committed to furthering the education of men and women looking for a career in the Equine Industry.  Our students begin in basic horsemanship classes and quickly move into more advanced and increasingly focused fields of study.  We thank you for visiting our official site and want to inform you that it is still under construction, so keep checking in for updates.

Thanks again for your interest in our Equine Program.

There's something about the outside of a horse that's good for the inside of a man.
