We understand that with the busy schedules of adults it may be hard to attend class even one night a week. With the Organizational Leadership Online program you can complete your coursework from home, the office, or anywhere you have internet access.
The Organizational Leadership Bachelor of Science degree program seeks to train leaders by developing aptitudes and skills necessary to be successful in any organization. This program focuses on professional communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, team building, business decision-making, and project management.
The Organizational Leadership Online degree program is designed for adults who have already earned 60 or more transferable college hours.
