Who: Any student with a minimum 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale who is a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or currently studying in the US on a student visa with proof of enrollment in a degree course from a recognized university or college

Who: Foster and former foster youth throughout the United States who are under the age of 25; awards for academic or vocational training beyond high school
