PGS Appoints Two New Employees
University Provost, Dr. Tim Eades and Vice Provost of PGS, Kristin Jasper are very pleased to announce the appointments of two new employees to SNU’s Professional and Graduate Studies. Johnna Vanover will serve as Vice Provost of PGS for Enrollment and Marketing and Carrie Hopkins will serve as the Director of Marketing for PGS. Dr. Eades states, “Both Johnna Vanover and Carrie Hopkins have a tremendous track record of growth with nontraditional student enrollment. They will join an outstanding PGS team and directly support our PGS expansion goals in the Strategic Plan. I’m excited to see this team work together to set the foundation for exponential growth in the online area.” PGS will now be structured with two Vice Provosts, both reporting to and working closely with the University Provost for all PGS goals.
Johnna Vanover has a love for leading enrollment growth and team building. She comes with over 8 years of experience in adult Christian Higher Education. Johnna earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Master of Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Carrie Hopkins is a Nashville based marketer with a passion for lead generation. She comes with eleven years of B2C marketing and 6 years in Christian Higher Education. She earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Tennessee and MBA from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Johnna and Carrie will both begin their work at SNU on July 1, 2019.
