Dan Cathy, President and Chief Operating Officer of Chick-fil-A, Inc., will speak at Southern Nazarene University’s Peer Learning Network (PLN) on Thursday, September 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Petroleum Club, 100 North Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73102.
Cathy’s lifelong career at Chick-fil-A began at the age of 9 as he sang songs for customers. Since that time, he has served as Senior Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President prior to being named President and COO in 2001.
Cathy will talk about the critical importance of customer service and how Chick-fil-A uses a unique approach to this philosophy. He will also talk about the importance of a good name and how Chick-fil-A has been successful in business by applying Biblical principles in the marketplace.

Cathy will be speaking in Chapel at Southern Nazarene University on Tuesday, September 20 at 10:50am in Herrick Auditorium. Chapel is open to the public.
