SNU Offers Accelerated Sport Management Degree

Southern Nazarene University recently announced it will begin offering a new Master of Arts degree program in Sport Management and Administration (MASMA).

Offered through the SNU School of Kinesiology, this accelerated program will be presented in both on-line and one-night-a-week formats. The inaugural program is set to begin in September 2014.

Designed to develop leadership skills in athletic administration or sport business, the program offers students the opportunity to explore the world of corporate sport as well as develop a deeper understanding of the issues facing public schools, colleges and university athletic programs.

"We are very excited to be able to offer this program,” stated Dr. Sylvia Goodman, MASMA Program Director. “Interest in the MASMA program is extremely high across the region and we value the opportunity to serve our community in a new way.”
