Recently, both the Novell Client (Windows only) and the iPrint Client (Windows and Mac OSX) were updated.  Each workstation will need to have both of these things updated manually.  If you receive a pop-up on you computer asking to update either of these things, please say yes and follow the instructions on the screen.

If you do not receive the pop-ups or would like to make sure that your system is up to date, you will need to do the following:

iPrint:  Go to https://printing.snu.edu, enter your network username and password (same as My.SNU).  In the top right corner of the webpage, there will be a link that says "Install iPrint Client."  Click that link to download iPrint, then run the program that is downloaded.

Novell Client:  NOTE:  After installing the update to the Novell Client, you will need to restart your computer.  It is recommended that you do this right after the update completes.

Windows XP:  Hit the Win+R keys (the windows key is between the ctrl and alt buttons and has a Windows logo on it).  This will be bring up the Run box.  Type "acu" (without the quotes) and hit enter.  Click through the installation steps as directed.  You do not need to change anything, just click Run, Install, Next, etc. as necessary.

Win 7:  Hit the Win+R keys (the windows key is between the ctrl and alt buttons and has a Windows logo on it).  This will be bring up the Run box.  Type "z:acu7.bat" (without the quotes) and hit enter.  If you are prompted for an administrator password, call the help desk at 6396 for assistance.  Click through the installation steps as directed.  You do not need to change anything, just click Run, Install, Next, etc. as necessary.
