The Beverly L. and Robert L. Parker Center Named on Campus

BETHANY, OK (May 10, 2013) – A naming ceremony for the Beverly L. and Robert L. Parker Center was held on Friday, May 10, 2013 on the lawn east of the Fine Arts Center on the campus of Southern Nazarene University.

This ceremony recognized the Parkers for their many contributions to SNU and was attended by a large number of community friends and leaders as well as many members of the campus family.

Construction on the Parker Center, formerly known as the Fine Arts Center, began in early May to redesign the main entrance to the building. This new grand entrance will provide clearer identification of the building and it's unique place and purpose on campus.

Southern Nazarene University's mission is to transform lives through higher education in Christ-centered community. As a Christian community of scholars, we model the hospitality of grace, the pursuit of truth and the practice of discipleship, all within the Wesleyan-holiness tradition, as we prepare graduates who THINK with clarity, ACT with integrity and SERVE with purpose.
