Dear Prospective Graduate Student,
Thank you for your interest in our Graduate Programs in Counseling. SNU offers a 48-hour Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy (MAMFT) program, a 60-hour Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy – Child Therapy (CTP) program, and a 60-hour Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) program. The 60-hour MSCP program is designed for students who are seeking to be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), the CTP track is designed for students who are seeking to meet the requirements to become a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and the 48-hour MAMFT program is designed for students who desire to be a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oklahoma.
Applicants must have 18 hours of psychology related coursework, including a class in Statistics and one in General Psychology to apply to the program. SNU offers a two-weekend Adult Studies Statistics course.

All applicants will be required to complete a writing exam that will include two time writing assignments along with a goals essay and a counseling vignette response.
Enclose with your Application your $50 pre-registration fee. This fee covers the cost of processing your application and the interview. These fees are non-refundable. Please make your checks payable to SNU or you may pay by credit card(Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
