New Student Institute

About NSI

New Student Institute (NSI) is a required orientation program to welcome incoming students and their parents. We’ve been working hard to plan fun, informative, and meaningful events for both family and students. Each student will connect with upperclassmen, faculty, staff, and other peers in a family group setting enabling new friendships within the student body. New Student Institute, which begins on Friday, August 16th, will help you feel welcome, get settled in, and get ready for your first year as a student at SNU.

Orientation and Housing Check-In: Orientation Check-in is from 9am-2pm at the Centennial Plaza in front of the Webster Commons on Friday, August 16th. 2013

Housing Check-in is from 8am-1pm at each students’ Residence Hall on campus. *Family includes parents, siblings, and any other guests attending orientation to support their SNU student.
