Equine Studies
SNU is proud to offer an 18 hour credit Equine Studies minor. Once enrolled in this program, students will take courses that will provide a foundation for a career in the equine industry.

SNU features a unique, personalized equestrian atmosphere. The SNU equestrian team competes at local and regional IHSA events. Our small, close-knit team allows all of our riders the opportunity to compete and excel in a Christ centered environment. Our program focuses on not only developing riding skills but also building character and confidence.

Under the supervision of Ms. Megan Parker, the Equestrian Center employs students to carry out day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facilities. Employment opportunities at the center provide students an environment to learn first hand the practical aspects of facility management and horse care.
