SNU Chorale hosts Valentines Dinner, Concert and Silent Auction

     This Valentines Day celebrate a little early with the Southern Nazarene University (SNU) Chorale.  This benefit is a Fundraiser dinner, concert and silent Auction set for Friday, February 12, at 6:30 p.m. in the Atrium of Bethany First Church of the Nazarene located at 6789 NW 39th in Bethany, OK. 

The Valentines program will consist of repertoire that the SNU Chorale will be singing on their tour to Central Europe this coming May.  Members of the Chorale will present a variety of solos and duets.  Attendees are encouraged to come early to the event to view and bid on a number of Silent Auction items, which will include gift baskets, overnight packages at area hotels, event tickets and more. 

“On May 21st through 31st, the SNU Chorale will tour the countries Austria and the Czech Republic, to perform in such venues as the Salzburg Cathedral, Melk Abbey, and Pragues’s St. Nicholas Church.  The singers will perform and minister to several English-speaking church congregations and schools in Prague and Vienna,” said Dr. Brent Ballweg, Professor of Music at Southern Nazarene University.
