Develop your riding skills even further by joining one of the horseback riding teams!  Riders can choose between English, Western, or both styles.  The EQ teams compete across various colleges in Texas and Oklahoma, with different levels of difficulty to compete in depending on the rider's experience level.

Our English team competes in Hunter Jumper Equitation on the flat and over fences.  Our Western team competes in patterned Horsemanship and Reigning.

Southern Nazarene University's Equestrian Center is committed to furthering the education of men and women looking for a career in the Equine Industry.  Our students begin in basic horsemanship classes and quickly move into more advanced and increasingly focused fields of study.  We thank you for visiting our official site and want to inform you that it is still under construction, so keep checking in for updates.

Thanks again for your interest in our Equine Program.
