Kristen has served at SNU since 2019. Kristen brings a multitude of experiences in education to our students.

Prior to her time at SNU, Kristen has served as:

Sill, OK - Preschool coordinator, Comanche County Memorial Hospital, Lawton, OK - PK-7th grade and special education teacher, Lawton Public Schools, Lawton, OK

In Kristen's career in educations she has accomplished many professional achievements such as:
- Recipient of the Sanford Jaffe scholarship to attend the Columbia University Teachers' College Reading & Writing Project Institute in NYC, NY National Board Certified Early Childhood Generalist-2001-2011
- Accreditation Validator for the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)-validated ECE programs in Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, and Naples, Italy
- Recipient of the Ann Mills Award from the Early Childhood Association of Oklahoma

Hobbies and Fun Fact: Reading, travel, cooking I performed as a Superstar Pom girl in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC a LONG time ago!
