Mu Kappa

Mu Kappa is an international society for missionary kids. It is an interdenominational organization that benefits MKs from all over the world.

SNU is privileged to have some students whose parents serve or who have served in global missionary assignments.  These MKs bring healthy diversity to our student body. Occasionally, the school year will begin with a September evening "Dinner with the President" in the President's Dining Room of the Commons. Then, there are other events that take place over the year that help MKs to keep their missionary family bonds.

Sometimes , the SNU MKs have organized their own retreats, such as one they did in the Wichita mountains in southwestern Oklahoma.

MK's are very special people that are also called "third culture kids."
