Master of Science in Management Program is designed for baccalaureate-degreed business professionals whose aspirations are to work primarily in people related management positions (i.e., customer service, human resources, management oversight, etc.). The MSM program consists of 31 credit hours, with 19-21 of those hours parallel to the 40 hour MBA program. MSM program spans 18 months, with 12 credit hours being spent in a specific concentration, either Human Resources or Leadership. The MSM program does not have quantitative classes, with the exception of one basic economics course.
