Alumni Spotlight

Chelsi Snode
Chelsi Snode, Music alumni from Southern Nazarene University, Bethany Oklahoma
Currently: Finishing up her master’s degree in Music Therapy at Texas Women’s University

Responsibilities: On top of attending class and completing her graduate thesis, Snode volunteers at the local day stay for adults with severe disabilities.

Achievements: In addition to earning her BA in Music from SNU, Snode has travelled abroad to Sydney, Australia to take music lessons and has completed an internship in music therapy within hospice care.

In Her Words: “School has never been easy for me, and I have faced many challenges and setbacks along the way. SNU provided the right atmosphere for me to succeed. I was given one-on-one time with professors, programs that assisted students with their needs, caring and sincere RAs, and a God-centered community.”
