SNU Mission Teams Set for Summer Ministry - SOWEGO!

Southern Nazarene University (SNU) has a long tradition of sending volunteers and mission teams around the world. This summer is no exception. There are 78 SNU students and sponsors assigned to 8 SIMS (SNU in Missions) teams that will serve in a variety of ministries in Australia, Brazil, Germany, Haiti, Mexico, Serbia, Slovenia, and Swaziland. SOWEGO is the SIMS 2014 theme, reflecting that it is Jesus who called us. So we go!

Joel Mullen, University Pastor of Student Ministries/ SIMS Coordinator in the Office of Spiritual Development at SNU said, “we ask everyone to join us in praying daily that God would bless these teams and enable them to serve faithfully and effectively.” He added, “a strong foundation of prayer is crucial for the ministry of the SIMS 2014 teams.”

You can like SNUSIMS on facebook (fb.com/snusims), follow the group on twitter (@snusims) and subscribe to the SOWEGO newsletter (tinyrul.com/sowego). By connecting with each of these SIMS online resources, you can stay up-to-date with the news, prayer requests, videos, and photos.
