New Student Institute - Southern Nazarene University, Bethany, Oklahoma

All incoming students and their parents participate in New Student Institute (NSI), SNU’s orientation program. NSI consists of a five-day thorough orientation followed by periodic meetings with family groups. NSI helps students feel more comfortable in the college setting and learn information that is vital to their college success.

Southern Nazarene University values its priority of developing leaders. Ongoing training and experience benefits these students personally and professionally, allowing them to leave the University with developed interpersonal skills and the ability to manage projects and teamwork. Each year more than 100 students participate in LEAD RETREAT (SNU’s hands-on training) where they learn and grow together as leaders. If you have a desire to grow in leadership development, there’s a place for you!
