Thriving at SNU: Resources for Student Success
At Southern Nazarene University (SNU), student success is our priority. Beyond academics, we strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can thrive academically, personally, and spiritually. Recognizing that learning extends beyond the classroom, we offer a variety of student services designed to support spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being, academic achievement, and career readiness. From academic accommodations to counseling and veteran services, SNU provides essential resources to help students succeed.
Intercultural Learning and Engagement (ILE)
SNU is committed to fostering a culturally responsive community where all students feel valued, respected, and seen. The Intercultural Learning and Engagement (ILE) program broadens perspectives and prepares students for a diverse world by promoting inclusivity and cultural awareness. Through initiatives that encourage dialogue and understanding, ILE helps students navigate cultural differences and build meaningful connections. Academic Accommodations
Ensuring equal access to education for all students is a top priority at SNU. Our academic accommodations support students with disabilities, allowing them to participate fully in university life. The Accommodations Specialist works closely with students to determine individual needs, educate them on policies and laws, and advocate for inclusive learning environments. These services help remove barriers and pave the way for student success.
