Equip Experience

The Equip Experience is a 3-day residential conference hosted on the SNU campus intended to equip students as they explore and answer the Call of God to embrace the “live last” posture of Jesus in the world. Registration is open to students who will complete their sophomore, junior, or senior year in May 2025. Meals, snacks, lodging, t-shirts, and training costs are all included. Check-in on Sunday afternoon and head out on Wednesday morning. Three days packed with worship, inspiration from ministry leaders, diverse expressions of ministry callings, and time to dream of your own vision for your future.

What does the schedule look like?

Each day, we will worship together, hear stories of how God has called ministry leaders in various ways, and learn to articulate our own call stories. Students will have the opportunity to engage with current SNU ministry students, faculty, and ministers from across the Nazarene denomination. There will be fun group activities and plenty of free time to get to know each other and explore God’s collective call on our lives together.

What is the cost?

Students: $175
Includes all food and snacks, lodging, t-shirt, and training costs.

Registration closes Sunday, May 25th, midnight

Required Form

Each participant must have a Liability Waiver completed and signed to bring with them. If the participant us under 18, this form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please complete this form and print it. Then, sign, complete emergency contact and insurance information, and send the form with your student.

Featured Speaker: Arodi Sanchez

Arodis-Sanchez

Arodi Sanchez was born and raised in Santiago, Dominican Republic as a pastor’s kid. He is currently serving as Deputy Director for Reaching Our City Inc. and Lead Pastor of ROC Church of the Nazarene (ROC Chapel) in Oklahoma City. He is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He is a MidAmerica Nazarene University and NTS Alumni. He’s served in various pastoral roles in the Kansas City metro area and rural Missouri. He has served in various district’s district committee’s such as NYI,NMI, and Board of Credentials He serves as a member of the Nazarene Theological Seminary Alumni Council. He serves as a committee member for faith initiative of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health Substance Abuse Services.  He has also served on several non-profit organizations’ boards, including the local business district board.  on the married to Chrystalynn and they have three children: Hunter, Soren, and Emmerson.
