A Doctoral Degree for the Economy and Challenges of the Future

The organizations that lead in the 21st century and beyond must be flexible, transformative, and responsive. SNU prepares graduate students to work in a range of settings, such as educational institutions, non-profits, small businesses, and even large corporations. With the non-dissertation projects directly embedded into the program, students think and research deeply from day one. Most students complete their doctorate within 32 months while working full time and supporting a family.

"SNU has been instrumental in reminding me that it’s never too late. Our class has a group chat going with daily affirmations and support for each other. We share in celebrating the birth of children, grandchildren, and weddings, as well as mourn losses. It’s amazing."

No Dissertation

"After careful consideration of both in-state and out-of-state doctoral programs, the SNU program was the first curriculum that addressed the areas of my education I am wanting to advance. With my busy schedule as a superintendent and rural location, the online format along with the dissertation advisor to guide me through the process will be a positive support system. I look forward to working with the faculty there to accomplish my personal and professional goals."
