SNU Honor Band
2025 Honor Band
Hello! We are excited that you are interested in participating in the 2025 SNU Honor Band. The honor band is open to any high school or homeschool band student. Please submit the application no later than Friday, April 4th. If selected to participate, you will be notified on or before Monday, April 7th. If selected, please submit a non-refundable $10 participation fee.
This year's guest conductor is Dr. Ed Huckeby, internationally known composer, conductor and educator.
The Honor Band will take place on Saturday, April 12th in Herrick Auditorium on the SNU campus. Registration begins at 8:00 am, and rehearsals will begin promptly at 8:20 am. Rehearsals will take place throughout the day in Herrick Auditorium and in the Parker Fine Arts building. The concert will be at 5:30 pm in Herrick Auditorium.

Other important information
Lunch will be on your own. There is the SNU cafeteria and a Chick-fil-a on campus as well as restaurants located directly across the street from the venue.
For the performance, please wear either your band uniform or all-black concert attire.
